Phoenix Phantoms 54 - 27 Hotton Harrogate District Netball League Division 2

Phantoms triumphed against Hotten 54-27 and courtesy of other results, have become champions of Harrogate District Netball League Division Two.

Hotten had a good start, scoring the first goal even though Phantoms had the first centre pass, but with Hayley Waldridge and Laura Harris in the attacking circle, feeder Rebecca Waters and player of the match Isobel Dean, Phantoms caught up and over took finishing the first quarter 12-7.

With a substitution to bring on new team member Karen Haase and fighting spirit from felicity O’Leary (WD), Phantoms extended the lead to finish the second quarter 30-13.

After bringing on Anne Handley as WD and Tracey Horner (GK) pairing up with Rachael Dodds (GD) in the defensive circle, Phantoms completed the third quarter 42-23.

With another substitution to bring D.Thomas back on, Phantoms extended the lead further and finished the game 54-27. Phantoms take the title and still remain unbeaten.
